• Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning
• Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped to meet high-quality paint standards
• Work closely with painters to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in collision repair or paint prep preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in auto body repair
