Keep area organized and proper 5S in place%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3ESeal interior and exterior seams%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3ESpray or lay out PVC protection and sika, taking into account the required surface quality on the visible parts of the shell%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EPolish and buff parts and bodies according to correct methods and materials, and clean polishing residue. Thoroughly inspect finished job and make any additional repairs before releasing%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EPerform visual inspection for completeness and proper execution of standard, document if necessary%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EPerform sanding operations%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EFix minor issues with paint tools/equipment (such as through filter cleaning, changing of nozzles)%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EDisassemble, clean, reassemble and check functionality of tools and equipment e.g. nozzles, lances, pistols, bells/injectors%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EAssist employees with less experience or qualifications in training%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3E100% inspection of all parts, and van bodies. Record defects into the quality reporting system%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EFollow instructions and given scheme%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EFollow all safety instructions%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EParticipate in the Continuous Improvement Program%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EReceives Guidance by team leader or more Senior Team Member%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EParticipates in regularly scheduled team meetings%3C/li%3E%3Cli class=%22MsoNormal%22 style=%22line-height:normal;%22%3EWill perform other duties as assigned%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Required: 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience; OR Relevant certificate and 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience; OR Relevant certificate and 2+ years of relevant experience. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Candidates should possess basic craftsmanship and technical understanding
• Basic hand/power tool familiarity
• Experience using buffers/sanders on automotive paint preferred
• Experience in automotive paint environment preferred
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as required
