An Analyst on the Parcel Audit team will perform regular carrier rate audit analyses to identify billing discrepancies and saving opportunities for our customers. A Parcel Audit Analyst will regularly communicate and maintain relationships with customers and carriers in order to address audit and transportation related inquires and issues.

What A Day in the Life Looks Like:

  • Perform regular rate analyses to confirm clients are billed properly by carrier

  • Audit customer invoices for invalid charges (late shipments, voids, invalid accessorial charges, duplicate charges) and dispute claims directly with carriers

  • Maintain metrics on all customer KPIs and carrier performance

  • Awareness of potential rate and carrier changes and compliance

  • Work directly with fellow employees in global offices

  • Assist and train fellow associates, when needed

  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all customers

  • Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction

  • Answer both customer and carrier parcel-related inquiries via a help desk

  • Attend and collaborate during regular team meetings

  • Present new ideas or more efficient ways of performing daily tasks

  • Take on stretch projects to learn new tasks and grow for future roles

  • Engage in yearly strategic planning to agree on plan and action for following year

  • Create a yearly work plan to guide professional and personal growth through assigned goals

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field preferred

  • Transportation carrier experience preferred, but not required

  • Microsoft Office software proficiency, particularly in Excel

  • Strong time management and organization skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Base salary: $55,000.00 USD
This range is indicative of the role. Final compensation is determined based on business and market conditions, and internal pay parity.
