About this role
Reports to: Director of Partnerships
Direct reports: None
Location: Omaha, NE — Morrison Stadium
Position Summary
The Manager of Partnerships owns the full lifecycle of Union Omaha's corporate partner relationships — from prospecting and closing new business to servicing, renewing, and growing existing accounts. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for both top-of-funnel pipeline generation and bottom-of-funnel renewal performance. The Manager works closely with the Director on inventory strategy and marquee deals, leverages the Manager of Data & Analytics for asset valuation and ROI reporting, and partners with the Partnership Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure every committed asset is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry an individual revenue quota covering both new business and renewals across an assigned book of corporate partner accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy prospect pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound lead conversion.
• Develop tailored, business-outcome-driven partnership proposals integrating jersey, signage, digital, hospitality, content, and community-facing assets.
• Lead client discovery meetings; build category-specific points of view across financial services, healthcare, agribusiness, grocery, energy, and other priority categories.
• Close new partnership agreements; negotiate term, value, and category exclusivity in coordination with the Director.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for active partner accounts; drive renewals, upsells, and category expansions.
• Build annual partner business plans with each account, including activation calendars, success metrics, and check-in cadences.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners using ROI data and recap materials from the Manager of Data & Analytics.
• Coordinate with the Partnership Fulfillment Coordinator on activation execution; escalate blockers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage partner game-day experiences, including hospitality, on-field/in-stadium elements, and VIP touchpoints.
• Represent Union Omaha at chamber events, business mixers, and community events to generate top-of-funnel relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene — activity, stage, forecast, account plans — and provide weekly pipeline and renewal updates to the Director.
