Responsibilities
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Optimize and manage daily delivery schedules to guarantee timely, accurate drop-offs and pickups.
- Fleet Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational reliability of the company delivery truck.
- Safe Operations: Execute secure product pickups and deliveries while strictly adhering to all safety regulations.
- Interdepartmental Alignment: Provide real-time delivery schedule updates to the Parts Department to streamline workflow.
- Business Development: Partner with the Parts Manager to identify prospective clients and expand the local customer base.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct targeted sales calls and client visits as directed by the Parts Manager to drive revenue.
- Client Relations: Greet and assist customers with a professional, courteous demeanor while delivering exceptional service.
- Operational Agility: Adapt and execute additional operational tasks as required to support the overall success of the department.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
