About Envita Medical Centers

At Envita Medical Centers, we believe every patient deserves hope, clarity, and access to innovative treatment options.

As a nationally recognized leader in personalized precision medicine for cancer and complex chronic illnesses, we combine advanced diagnostics, innovative therapies, and compassionate care to create individualized treatment plans for every patient we serve.

Our mission extends beyond medicine—we are committed to guiding patients and their families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives with empathy, urgency, and genuine compassion.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Advocate – Senior Outbound Call Specialist to serve as a Patient Care Advocate within our growing telehealth organization.

This is not a traditional sales position.

Instead, we're looking for someone with the communication skills, discipline, and consultative approach of a top-performing outbound professional who is passionate about helping people navigate complex healthcare decisions.

Our patients have already expressed interest in learning more about Envita. Your role is to proactively connect with them, understand their unique circumstances, answer questions, provide education, and guide them toward the next appropriate step in their healthcare journey.

Success in this role requires balancing high-volume outreach with meaningful, compassionate conversations. Every interaction should leave patients feeling heard, supported, and confident that they have someone advocating for them.

If you're someone who naturally builds trust, communicates with empathy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.

Why This Role Matters

Every conversation has the potential to change a life.

Our patients are often facing serious or life-threatening illnesses while searching for additional treatment options and answers. Many are overwhelmed, uncertain, and looking for someone they can trust.

Your ability to connect quickly, listen carefully, educate compassionately, and guide patients through their next steps can make an extraordinary difference.

While we value efficiency and measurable performance, our ultimate goal is simple:

Help every patient feel supported while ensuring they have timely access to the care they are seeking.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who combines exceptional outbound communication skills with genuine compassion.

You know how to create meaningful conversations—not simply complete phone calls.

You understand that every patient has a unique story, and you approach each conversation with empathy, professionalism, and curiosity.

You're comfortable working in a performance-driven environment, but your motivation comes from helping people—not simply achieving numbers.

You take pride in your work, hold yourself accountable, continuously improve your communication, and understand that outstanding patient experiences ultimately lead to outstanding results.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Complete approximately 100 outbound and inbound patient touchpoints each business day while maintaining high-quality interactions.
  • Respond promptly to new patient inquiries and existing patient follow-up requests.
  • Build trust with prospective patients and their families through compassionate communication.
  • Educate patients about Envita's services, treatment philosophy, and next steps.
  • Identify patient needs, concerns, goals, and barriers through thoughtful conversations.
  • Guide qualified patients toward scheduling provider consultations.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up throughout each patient's decision-making journey.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions within the CRM.
  • Maintain an organized and accountable patient pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed established quality, responsiveness, appointment, and performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with providers, patient coordinators, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Represent Envita with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and urgency.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success managing high-volume outbound calling in a professional office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently convert conversations into meaningful outcomes such as appointments, consultations, or patient engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to quickly establish trust and build rapport.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems and follow-up activities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, accountable, and highly professional.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to discuss historical performance metrics during the interview process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, oncology, patient advocacy, or patient engagement.
  • Experience in consultative sales or relationship-based outreach.
  • Appointment-setting or patient coordination experience.
  • Experience navigating emotional or complex conversations.
  • Leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience within a high-volume outbound environment.

Healthcare experience is valued, but candidates with exceptional consultative communication skills and a passion for helping others are strongly encouraged to apply.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role is measured by both activity and patient experience.

Activity

  • High-volume daily outbound and inbound outreach.
  • Timely follow-up with new patient inquiries.
  • Consistent pipeline management.
  • Accurate documentation.

Patient Engagement

  • Build trust quickly.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism.
  • Educate patients clearly and confidently.
  • Create meaningful conversations that help patients feel supported.

Results

  • Schedule qualified provider consultations.
  • Maintain strong patient engagement throughout the decision-making process.
  • Meet established quality and performance goals.
  • Contribute to improved patient access and organizational growth.

Professional Standards

We're looking for professionals who demonstrate:

  • Patient Advocacy First
  • Compassion
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Integrity
  • Accountability
  • Coachability
  • Resilience
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Strong Communication
  • Team-First Mentality

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Confidently manage a high-volume patient outreach schedule.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective patients and their families.
  • Consistently guide qualified patients toward provider consultations.

  • Meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Become a trusted resource for patients seeking additional treatment options.
  • Make a meaningful impact on both patient access and patient outcomes.
