Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country. Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential, community living, vocational and clinical services for adults with special needs. Located in Goleta, CA, this position is responsible for performing administrative functions to support center People Operations (HR) and Learning department activities, while ensuring that functions are performed with efficiency, confidentiality and responsiveness.

 

As a People Operations Assistant, you will provide assistance to the People Operations (HR) department to include the following:

• New employee onboarding
• Benefit administration
• Workers compensation
• Training
• Data entry and employee file management

Full-time position. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm in Goleta, CA.

Compensation is $20.50-$22.50/hr DOE

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED Required.
• Valid CDL and clean driving record required.  
• Must be able to pass thorough background checks & Livescan.
• Two years of college preferred. 
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) applications and email.
• Experience in HRIS preferred.
