Day in the Life

We are seeking an entry-level professional with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and up to 2–3 years of professional experience, including early career roles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with business technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and familiarity with HRIS or other web-based databases and systems are strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

  • Build and distribute HR reports related to compensation, attrition and other data points. 

  • Create and deliver high quality presentations using PowerPoint.

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across departments. 

  • Manage Relias Learning Management System. 

  • Support HR Compliance function as needed. 

  • Manage the new hire and onboarding process. 

  • Assist with processing of terminations. 

 

Schedule & Locations

  • Beautiful downtown Greenville office location! East Broad Street with parking.

  • Monday through Friday (8-5)

 

Education and Licensure Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business required, degree in Human Resources preferred, with at least three years of professional experience preferred.

  • Must be proficient in Office programs, including Excel, and HRIS computer or internet-based databases.
