About this role

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting tech and non-tech level VP leaders at global companies.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
  • Experience driving change across an organization, managing stakeholders across teams at all levels.
  • Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients.

US: $219000 - $306000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to VPs and executive leaders.
  • Provide expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent and performance management, change management, and leadership coaching.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making, getting to the root cause of complex issues to quickly implement solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to design, launch, and land change initiatives, creating comprehensive people's plans for large functions.
