How you’ll contribute
A People Services Specialist who excels in this role:
- Administers and supports human resources programs including talent acquisition, onboarding, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
- Serves as a People Services resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and workforce-related matters.
- Manages HRIS systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, reporting, and compliance within Oracle, UKG, ServiceNow, and other HR platforms.
- Coordinates employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs, including educating employees, supervisors, and managers on HR processes and systems.
- Administers employee benefits and leave of absence programs, including employee communications, documentation, and coordination with managers.
- Supports employee relations activities by assisting with performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and employee engagement efforts.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, organizational policies, accreditation standards, and AA/EEO requirements.

What we’re looking for
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required; HR Generalist or HR Operations experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare Human Resources experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and AA/EEO requirements.
- Experience utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); experience with Oracle, UKG, and ServiceNow preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
