Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
The Performance Marketing Strategist analyzes performance across digital and offline channels to uncover key insights. They partner closely with internal channel owners and agency teams to translate those insights and objectives into strategic, actionable recommendations. By executing these recommendations, they drive brand growth, lead generation, and occupancy across our communities.
- Perform end-to-end analysis of media performance across paid search, programmatic, direct mail, print, email, and other media.
- Partner with channel managers to co-develop integrated, data-driven media strategies that optimize targeting, budget allocation, and performance across all paid and offline channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align on analytics approaches, build consensus around insights, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leverage expertise in media analytics, performance reporting, and planning to develop strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Utilize multi-touch attribution platforms alongside strong data and visualization skills, as well as A/B testing/statistical methods to drive data-informed decisions.
- Facilitate regular touchpoints with channel leaders to review trend analyses, discuss test outcomes, and agree on next-step optimizations.
- Partner with internal teams to assess media’s impact key performance indicators such as leads, visits, and move-ins.
- Conduct competitive research and market-trend analysis to identify, pilot, and evaluate emerging media opportunities within the Senior Living industry to leverage audience behavior insights to inform and test new channels.
- Provide strategic creative recommendations through in-depth analyses.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in media analytics, performance reporting, or media planning & insights roles
- Experience with Adobe CJAA, Tableau, Looker, Excel, SQL Preferred
