Job Summary:
The Breakers is currently seeking a highly professional and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Concierge. The Personal Concierge will be responsible for managing the pre-arrival, stay, and departure experiences of our esteemed guests. This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail and the ability to create personalized guest experiences based on preferences and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to foster strong relationships with our guests, ensuring their stay is flawless and memorable.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the pre-arrival process for guests, including coordinating transportation, reservations, and any special requests.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests based on their preferences and needs.
- Ensure all aspects of the guest's stay are seamless and meet their expectations.
- Foster positive and lasting relationships with guests by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth coordination of guest services.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, including accurate record-keeping and documentation of guest interactions.
