About this role
Required current pharmacist license in practicing state, graduate of ACPE-accredited pharmacy program (BS or PharmD), BLS/CPR preferred ACLS, hospital pharmacy experience preferred; clinical skills for pharmacokinetic consults, renal dosing, IV-to-PO conversions, and sterile compounding.
