About this role
Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent, ASHP residency or board certification (or 3+ years ambulatory care experience). Current Maryland pharmacist license, BLS/CPR, anticoagulation and chronic disease management experience, EMR documentation and clinical decision-making skills.
