Location: Saint John Hospital, Leavenworth, KS

 

Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, exposure to diverse patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor, vestibular/balance, and post-acute care, and the opportunity to provide 1:1 patient-centered care. Ideal candidates are licensed PTs with strong clinical skills and a passion for collaborative, high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for outpatient and/or inpatient populations
• Deliver 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional improvement and outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and specialty conditions
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and EMR standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery goals
• Maintain clinical quality, safety standards, and productivity expectations

Qualifications:

Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:  

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
