PIP Paralegal (Temporary)

The PIP Paralegal will provide support to the IA House Counsel team to assist with Forthright PIP arbitrations. The position requires a candidate with a strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to handle a very high volume of cases. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primarily prepare PIP arbitration submissions, but may include the preparation of Action Plans.
• Perform the above duties with minimal supervision.
• Handle special projects as they arise.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required with requisite experience
• Relevant PIP legal experience and knowledge of NJ Forthright
• Must be competent with basic Microsoft operating systems and programs.
• Must have strong interpersonal, typing, computer and phone skills.

Salary Range

The pay range for this position is $31 - $40 hourly. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.​
