Your Team & Role
As a Junior IAM Platform Engineer working in a Global CIAM Team, you will partner with Senior and Lead Engineers and Delivery professionals to provide the integrations of applications and IAM Services into CIAM Platforms mainly PingOne AIC. You will be one of the IAM Engineers working with other Senior engineers configuring and building application integrations for CIAM. You will continue to develop your technical expertise and bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills. Along with Agile ways of working, you will develop strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.
You are expected to:
• You will work thru the various phases of delivery to integrate applications into the PingOne AIC platform. This includes creating Journeys, Policies, learning and applying scripting techniques, for migration of applications into PingOne AIC.
• You will learn and grow your knowledge of IAM developing hands on experience working with customer facing applications that require OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Certificate based Authentication to name a few.
• Take on tasks deploying PingOne AIC or other IAM products that are SAAS or Cloud based. You will work hands on with Lead and Senior DevOps AWS Engineers with AWS EKS, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks in Confluence for builds and integrations.
Your Experience will bring:
• Ability to work independently or in a team collaborative environment.
• Experience with working in a Scrum Agile development Team
• Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience providing documentation and diagrams for all architecture, builds, and configurations for solutions provided.
• Some experience and/or expertise in several of the following;
Preferred Qualifications
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team collaborative environment.
• Experience with working in a Scrum Agile development Team
• Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges

• Experience and/or expertise in several of the following:
PingOne AIC SAAS or On Prem. Proficient with configurations such as Hosted Pages, PingOne Protect administration for Fraud and Risk
Other IAM Platforms – Okta, SailPoint, Ping, a plus but not required
Some Experience with creating Journeys and configurations to support lower environment testing and validations
DevOps Platform: Basic understanding of AWS CI/CD – Jenkins, Bitbucket, GIT
Test/Quality Ability to conduct Unit Test on integrations as required
Cloud Computing: Basic Understanding and knowledge (of 1 or more): AWS
Documentation: Ability to provide documentation in form of Runbooks or Technical Implementation Guides

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $82,000.00 to $135,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
