Team Introduction:
The Ads interface and Platform team is looking for a new member! You will be responsible for the TikTok advertising product experience, including optimizing the ad creation process, improving ad infrastructure. Through this experience, you will gain firsthand knowledge of the underlying logic and implementation of advertising products, enabling a deep understanding of the advertising business.

Responsibilities:
- AI Operations: The intern's main responsibility will be supporting AI operations, specifically around input quality and preparation. This includes data labeling for model training, quality assurance (QA) checks on datasets, and ensuring high-quality inputs for AI systems. These foundational tasks directly impact the effectiveness of our automation solutions.
- Support PMM Work: Assist Product Marketing Manager initiatives to boost platform ease of use. Help create materials for external marketing, including decks, one-pagers, and event collateral for key product launches like supporting sales enablement, customer workshops, and external communications.
- Support Product Operations & Dogfooding: Help with product operations and internal dogfooding programs, particularly preparation work for our growing dogfooding needs. This includes setting up test accounts, preparing demo campaigns, organizing feedback collection, and supporting pilot programs with key clients.
