Description
Summary:
The Platform Support Associate provides advanced support for assigned business processes and applications used by Huntington Technology Finance and Huntington Vendor Finance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor, and update assigned business processes and systems.
- Research, analyze, and resolve moderately complex issues with limited supervision.
- Identify and implement process or system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review system reports and recommend routine enhancements or corrections.
- Provide technical and functional support to business users and managers.
- Serve as a liaison between system users, software vendors, and internal partners to support issue resolution.
- Support training efforts and contribute to projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Development Team on process clarification, use cases, and testing needs.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog refinement in order to stay informed of upcoming production changes.
- Monitor and manage internal inquiries, enhancement requests, and production support tickets; provide clear, timely updates and resolution status to internal stakeholders.
- Communicate system enhancement needs and defects to the Development Team.
- Support system testing in Oracle and Apollo, including reviewing requirements and acceptance criteria and executing test scripts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered
- Strong proficiency in both Apollo and Oracle
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
