Are you ready to launch a new career? The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst Trainee with a strong interest in advertising, retail merchandising, content creation, and branding to participate in its Management Trainee Program.
As a participant in the Management Trainee Program, you will be joined by other trainees in a year-long program which includes group and on-the-job training, workshops, and project teams that will provide insight into the different business areas within the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

Position Duties
This trainee role provides structured training and hands-on assignments across several rotations that expose you to many marketing activities and work settings. As a PLCB Marketing Analyst Trainee, you will perform the following duties:
- Training Rotations: Receive guided instruction and practical tasks from supervisors in multiple settings
- Marketing Support: Work alongside experienced staff to build skills in creating and evaluating marketing initiatives
- Campaign Evaluation: Assist with analyzing the effectiveness of promotions and advertising efforts
- Digital Materials: Help produce website content and support online marketing projects
- Brand Application: Apply brand standards to store layouts and review merchandising tools such as planograms
Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Marketing Analyst.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days a week, with a minimum of one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
