Duties
You will repair or replace gas, water, and steam lines and fittings.,You will work on low pressure steam systems.,You will make minor repairs to various pieces of gallery and medical equipment.,You will assist with installing, replacing, or repairing a variety of fixtures (i.e.: pipes, valves, flanges, radiators, blowers, etc.),You will use a variety of tools such as: hand tools, saws, cutting/threading machines, electric drills, and electric sewer rodding equipment.,You will recommend solutions for installing, modifying, and repairing new and existing plumbing fixtures.,You will interpret building plans and blueprints to determine plumbing work details or procedures.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision: Providing general plumbing repairs or maintenance to gas, water, steam lines, and/or systems.
