US citizen with TS/SCI clearance for SAP; 10 years CSE leadership on programs >$100M; 8+ years leadership on classified programs at SCI or higher; 8 years in APNT/PNT data protection; 5+ years DoD 5000 DoD lifecycle; 5+ years Agile; 5+ years risk management. Masters in engineering/science/technical related to PNT/C5ISRT.
