<div>The Goddard School of Las Vegas Enterprise is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional <strong>Pre</strong>-<strong>School Operations Manager </strong>to support the daily operations of our school. This leadership role works closely with the <strong>School Director</strong> and <strong>Ownership</strong> to help ensure smooth school operations, strong staff support, and compliance with licensing and school standards.<br><br>

<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The <strong>Pre</strong>-<strong>School Operations Manager</strong> plays an essential role in supporting school administration, team onboarding, staff scheduling, training coordination, compliance tracking, and operational follow-through. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced early childhood education environment.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Support the day-to-day operations of the school</li>
<li>Assist with staff onboarding, scheduling, and coverage coordination</li>
<li>Help recruit, support, and develop team members</li>
<li>Maintain employee files, certifications, training records, and documentation</li>
<li>Support payroll-related administrative tasks and internal organization</li>
<li>Assist with classroom observations, coaching, and staff development</li>
<li>Help maintain compliance with licensing requirements, Goddard standards, and school policies</li>
<li>Prepare for inspections, quality assurance reviews, and operational follow-up</li>
<li>Foster a positive, professional, and supportive school culture</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience in preschool administration, school operations, or a related leadership role</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills</li>
<li>Experience with staff support, onboarding, scheduling, and training</li>
<li>Knowledge of licensing, compliance, operational, and educational standards in an early childhood setting</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred</li>
<li>Must meet or be able to meet applicable Nevada director certification requirements</li>
