Premier Client Service Manager - Amegy Tower/ Houston, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Premier Client Service Manager-MLO to lead our team in providing exceptional banking services to our high net worth clients. This role involves managing a team responsible for all routine banking servicing needs, including the opening and maintenance of depository services and other bank products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the establishment of depository accounts, ancillary services, deposit transfers, and wire transfers.

• Ensure staff performs basic service transactions such as address changes, check orders, ATM card issuance/activation, loan payments, account balance inquiries, and stop payments.

• Monitor and review adherence to existing policies and procedures, consulting with staff, management, and compliance to recommend changes and approve exceptions.

• Establish goals for cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client banking objectives are met.

• Assist staff and other bank departments with researching client issues and ensuring timely resolution.

• Responsible for staff and performance management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires a college degree and 4+ years experience in banking or other directly related experience.  A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

• Advanced knowledge of banking, regulatory requirements, and capability to do the work of the group.

• Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.

• Ability to lead a group.

• Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
