We are seeking a Prep to join our team! The Prep will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring
• Assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
