If you’re passionate about education and children, and ready to advance your career, we’d love to hear from you!</div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Co</strong>-<strong>Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities:</strong> </div><ol> <li>Curriculum and Instruction:<ul> <li>Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using Goddard's proprietary curriculum - expand as little or as much as you want - your have the flexibility to what's inspiring and appropriate for your students! </li> <li>Foster a love of learning through creative, hands-on, engaging teaching methods using endless resources</li> <li>Observe and assess children's development and adjust activities accordingly; Use the developmental data you receive through our advanced assessment platform to adjust your lessons  according to where the child is developmentally</li> </ul> </li> <li>Classroom Management:<ul> <li>Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment - Your room is your space!
