You will have all the resources you need to succeed in your classroom.</li> <li>You qualify for medical, vision & dental insurance after 60 days of employment.</li> <li>Our excellent benefits package includes: insurance, 401K, Holiday pay, paid time off, and TEACH scholarship.</li> </ul><div>Minimum Requirements</div><ul> <li>Kind, nurturing, and a positive attitude</li> <li>Ability to obtain live scan fingerprinting </li> <li>Ability to obtain a negative TB test</li> <li>Ability to obtain CPR card and complete all state-mandated courses within 30 days.</li> <li>High School Diploma at minimum, C.D.A., Associates, or Bachelor's preferred</li> <li>Reliable Transportation (please see location)</li> <li>Able to work any shift between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm</li> </ul><div>Responsibilities</div><ul> <li>Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children</li> <li>Help children improve their social competencies and build self-esteem</li> <li>Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments</li> <li>Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche</li> <li>Collaborate with other educators</li> <li>Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment</li> </ul> </div>
