Preventive Maintenance Technician

Description

Learn and understand the operation, maintenance, upkeep, and repair of our production equipment and electrical systems within the facility.  Using a hands-on approach, will work with maintenance personnel, operators, and supervision to learn how to maintain, repair and perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and to perform these duties independently. Performs machine set-up and verifies changeovers on machines.  Troubleshoots equipment problems and communicates solutions.  Prepare for future growth opportunity as a Maintenance Technician.  Other duties as needed.  Overtime as required.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude. Willingness to advance knowledge through education of related courses.

Good mechanical aptitude and good interpersonal skills required. 

High School Diploma/GED; or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of

education and experience.
