Join the Club as a Summer Intern and kickstart your career. Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.
Program Summary
- Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2026 Dates: June 1st – August 14th
- Site Visits
- Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership
- Skills Workshops
- Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO
- Final projects and presentations
- Engagement events
Job Summary
- Category or business analysis that works to deliver actionable insights that transform the business and improve member engagement
- Collaborate with team members and across departments to solve pricing and analytical requests
- Provide financial impacts of aligned upon pricing actions
- Support/lead specific projects or analyses to support team and company objective
- Translate data analytics into storytelling PowerPoint presentations
- Project management and data manipulation
- Work cross functionally throughout the organization to solve businesses toughest problems
Qualifications
- Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.
- Preferred majors: Merchandising, Business Analytics, or Data Science/Analytics.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx a plus
- Retail dynamics/acumen a plus
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
- Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
- Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
- Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.
