This position is a hybrid position with meetings in our corporate headquarters i n Cleveland, OH on a monthly basis
As a process consultant III on the Treasury Control and Quality Continuous Improvement team, yo u’ll drive measurable results across Treasury. In this role, you ‘ll apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, document and standardize processes, and improve quality and productivity. You ‘ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that support operational excellence and scalable growth.
Must have qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of business process experience (end-to-end process development, process design, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with min five years of business process experience (end-to-end process development, process design, etc)
Preferred skills
- Lean Six Sigma methodology experience
- Six sigma green belt or higher certification
- Demonstrated ability to manage a continuous improvement project from start to finish
- Experience working with or within real estate and/or treasury business groups or organizations
- Strong knowledge and experience with Kaizen, root cause analysis, DMAIC, DMADV, value stream and process mapping.
- Ability to identify the needs for improvement and the ability to drive change
Compensation
- $8 0,000 - $95,000/yearly
- Gainshare cash incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
