About The Role:
You will work with experienced senior and/or principal engineers to understand requirements specified by Valeo’s OEM customers. Valeo is a high technology company, creating innovating solutions and reducing carbon emissions to create a cleaner environment. Seeking candidates available for a full-time internship for Summer 2026.
Responsibilities Also Include:
- Develop computer vision and machine learning algorithms for autonomous vehicles.
- Research and prototype advance algorithms to improve perception of our autonomous vehicle.
- Demonstrate what the future of driving will be on our test vehicle and shown to customers and public at major event.
- Present your research and papers done at Valeo to AI conferences.
What You Should Have:
- You are currently a student enrolled in courses pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives
- Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience in Solid Works, Mechanical Design, Thermal dynamics, and basic understanding of power tools.
