Job Description
You will be the Procurement Representative Asc. for the Advanced Threat Warning Systems program. Our team is responsible for procurement and supply‑chain management to ensure timely delivery of critical hardware.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Procurement Representative Asc., you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end procurement activities supporting the Advanced Threat Warning Systems program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage status, expedite, and coordinate parts and hardware deliveries to meet program schedules.
- Forecast 120‑day delivery needs and develop proactive strategies to mitigate manufacturing impacts.
- Resolve supplier and engineering issues, ensuring compliance with quality and technical requirements.
- Prepare and present senior‑level briefings on shortages, delays, and recovery plans, including deck creation.
- Place purchase orders promptly and monitor expediting efforts to guarantee on‑time receipt.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
