Position Overview This internship supports procurement operations with a strong focus on procurement systems, reporting, and data analysis. The role acts as a bridge between IT and Procurement by assisting with system administration, troubleshooting, and process documentation. The intern will contribute to ongoing projects, help prepare reports and presentations, and support operational improvements through data-driven insights and collaboration with internal teams and third‑party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a foundational understanding of procurement operations, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Support procurement systems (Coupa, Concur) through data entry, basic administration, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Assist with department projects involving reporting, data analysis, and process documentation; prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and presentations.
- Pull and review reports, analyze data trends, and support communication with internal partners and third‑party vendors as needed.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 0-2 years’ relevant experience required
