The Role
We’re looking for a sharp and data-driven Product Analyst to join our product team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of data, product strategy, and user insights to help Grid build better financial products. You’ll dig into user behavior, surface actionable insights, and partner closely with product managers and engineers to guide decisions that directly impact millions of users.
What you'll do:
- Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth and retention
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define success metrics, design experiments, and interpret test results
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the team clear visibility into product health and key KPIs
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform product strategy, prioritization, and feature development
- Develop a deep understanding of our users and their financial behaviors to inform product decisions
What we're looking for:
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
- Solid understanding of experimentation and statistical concepts (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations
- Curiosity about user behavior and a genuine passion for building products that make a difference
- Ability to work out of our Seattle office
