About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business needs, user experience, and technical execution. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple enterprise applications, working closely with Product Owners, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful enhancements and measurable value.
You’ll gather and synthesize user and agent feedback, monitor product performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, supporting testing, incident management, and requirements gathering.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define, prioritize, and document work that aligns with organizational goals.
- Maintain continuous feedback loops with customers, agents, and users throughout product launches and lifecycle (UAT, beta, pilot, etc.).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and analyze user behavior to inform improvements.
- Support cross-functional project planning, maintain risk registers, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Propose product improvements, feature prioritization, and launch strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Act as the daily point of contact for both business and technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution.
- Assist Product Owners in project plan development, backlog management, and release coordination.
- Develop and maintain expertise in assigned products, systems, and business processes.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, process development, or product development.
- Exposure to or experience in Agile product development with a focus on user-centered design preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to manage expectations across business and technical stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with multiple software programs and enterprise systems, and ability to quickly learn new tools.
