POSITION SUMMARY:

This Product Cybersecuity internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in the application of Product Cybersecurity principles and methodologies.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with engineering teams to analyze project design
  • Work with Engineering Compliance Office team to improve and update ISO/SAE 21434 work product templates.
  • Develop work products in alignment with ISO/SAE 21434
  • Become familiar with Stoneridge’s Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS)
  • Help implement security best practices, controls, and internal policies
  • Learn core security concepts such as encryption, authentication, and access control

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited US university as a full-time student with junior standing
  • Understanding of computer organization at an undergraduate level
  • Detail-oriented and strong willingness to learn new things
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity
  • Good communication skills
