Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor metrology or analytical instrumentation, with a strong focus on EDX.
- Hands-on experience with EDX systems integrated with SEM/TEM platforms.
- Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools for semiconductor structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other analytical techniques (e.g., XRF, SIMS, Auger)
- Knowledge of process control and yield improvement strategies in advanced nodes.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
