This role will be based at our Denver, CO location. Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Product Enablement Intern to support the development of repeatable processes, tools, and operational frameworks that allow Vantage’s data center products to be consistently deployed and operated at scale. This role helps bridge product intent and engineering design with real-world execution by strengthening documentation, readiness processes, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination. You will help transform one-off execution into standardized, scalable product operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Help document and refine operating models, runbooks, SOPs, and launch readiness checklists
- Contribute to playbooks that enable consistent execution across regions
- Assist in preparing regional onboarding materials and readiness artifacts
- Support product launch tracking and milestone visibility
- Help coordinate readiness inputs across Engineering, Supply Chain, Delivery, and Operations
- Key Interfaces include: Product Management, Product Engineering, Sales/Sales Engineering, New Site Development, Delivery & Construction, Data Center Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.
