Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the New Product Development process for key Hydro products in the Adjacencies Market, Horticulture Segment.
- Spearhead post-launch activities that will accelerate the adoption of newly launched product(s) in the marketplace:
- Drive product adoption by identifying programs and initiatives which will help to convert sales from our primary competitors and accelerate growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales team to create internal commercial collateral.
- Execution of the phase-in / sunset plan of the new product and its previous generation.
- Monitor and adjust, if necessary, the effectiveness of the product value proposition and the communication of that information to the market.
- Conduct follow-up Voice of Customer interviews to gather customer feedback.
