About the Internship
Our Product Management team is seeking a motivated and analytical intern to support two high‑impact, outcomes‑based projects designed to strengthen product lifecycle visibility, improve data integrity, and enhance competitive analysis. This internship provides meaningful ownership of deliverables that directly influence product, pricing, and lifecycle decisions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product and material obsolescence to improve master data accuracy
- Support cleanup and standardization of item attributes across systems
- Build standardized cost and pricing models for margin and market analysis
- Develop insights that support pricing, lifecycle, and product strategy decisions
What You Will Learn
By the end of the internship, the student will gain hands-on experience and industry knowledge in:
- Product lifecycle management principles
- Master data accuracy and governance within enterprise systems
- Understanding how obsolescence impacts cost, inventory, strategy, and customer support
- Cost modeling, margin analysis, pricing frameworks, and competitive benchmarking
- Working with compressor industry products, aftermarket portfolios, and equipment applications
- Applying structured analytics to real-world business problems
These skills are broadly transferable across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, pricing, finance, and product management roles.
Qualifications
Education
- Pursuing a bachelor’s in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
- 1–2 years of undergraduate coursework completed
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with PowerBI a plus
- Analytical, organized, curious, and a self-starter
Internship Program Criteria
- Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
- Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred
- Must be able to complete internship from May–August 2026.
- Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
