Product Management Summer Intern 2026 – New Innovation

About the Role

SuccessKPI is looking for a Product Management Intern to support our New Innovation initiatives. This intern will work closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to explore and validate early-stage concepts, with a focus on GenAI and screen recording proof-of-concepts (POCs).

This is a hands-on internship for someone who enjoys experimenting with new technology, learning how products are built, and contributing to early product discovery work.

What You’ll Do

• Work on GenAI POCs to explore new product capabilities and workflows
• Assist in building and testing screen recording POCs for product innovation
• Document findings, outcomes, and recommendations in a structured format
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate feasibility, usability, and customer value
• Help create lightweight prototypes, demos, or test workflows for internal review
• Support research and competitive analysis related to GenAI and product innovation

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree (Product, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred)
• Strong curiosity and interest in GenAI tools and product innovation
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and early-stage ideas
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Must be graduating in December 2026 – June 2027

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Interest in SaaS products and customer experience platforms
• Basic technical fluency (APIs, product workflows, prototyping tools)
