Position Summary

The Product Management Group is seeking a motivated and analytical intern to support competitive research, data analysis, market insights, and project management activities across multiple product lines. This role is ideal for students with a technical mindset who are interested in understanding how engineering, data, and business strategy intersect within a product-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competitive & Market Analysis

    • Support competitive data analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations
    • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
    • Build or enhance analytical models under guidance from product managers
    • Refresh product gap analysis files and support updates across product lines
  • Product Strategy & Project Support

    • Assist with project management tasks for the Product Management (PM) and PMO teams
    • Update dashboards and track progress for ongoing initiatives
    • Support the launch of Idea & Innovation Funnel 2.0, including:
      • Building key metrics
      • Assisting with internal rollout
      • Supporting training materials
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Participate in voice-of-customer (VOC) data gathering, prioritization, and analysis
    • Assist with developing and refining product strategies and launch plans
    • Help measuring business results and continuous improvement opportunities

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Progress - Product management, Engineering, Data Science, Digital/IT, International business,
  • Preferred standing: 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students.

Internship Program Criteria

  • Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
  • Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred
  • Must be able to complete internship from May–August 2026.
  • Must be able to complete 40 hours per week

Compensation

Hourly rate: $20–$25, depending on education level and skill set
