Product Manager Associate eBiz

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting product managers in defining the vision for their products by researching, collecting, and analyzing data about the market, the customer, and the problems they need solved for large initiatives that high degree of complexity. For smaller initiatives, the position will define the roadmap and product strategy for assigned products and services in the digital channel for all ACE markets. Create and implement all strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of company goals for assigned products.


Job Duties

  • Research the market, the customer, and the problems they need solved by gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Use insights from research and analysis to inform the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, in order to increase the value of current products and/or introduce new product/service opportunities.

  • Work with multiple areas of the organization to ensure the development, execution, and success of all product line initiatives. Coordinate and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy with all stakeholders. Collaborate with product development, user experience, and content teams to incrementally deliver on the product vision.

  • Identify, monitor, and evaluate progress against company goals. Identify, monitor, and analyze key business metrics (e.g. sales, leads, etc.) for your products. Identify, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the experience of using your products (e.g. satisfaction, visits per month, monthly active users, etc.).

  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors, partners, and resources in the development of products.

  • Maintain a high level of skill and current knowledge of product line and apply knowledge in proposing and guiding the development of product initiatives.

  • Work with product owners to create acceptance criteria for stories in the backlog.

  • Evaluate financial and competitive impacts of potential product features. Maintain financial budget and forecasts related to your products and services.

  • Position requires independent decision making and problem solving skills. Regularly makes decisions involving the direction of initiatives. Informs the development and implementation of new processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred

  • 1-3 years Product management, UX design/research, product owner or related experience. Required

  • Strategic, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written, including authorship of product-related documentation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and senior executives.

  • Advanced ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans.

  • Clear understanding of UI/UX design and the basic principles of usability.

  • Ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data.

  • Advanced organization, planning, and problem resolution skills required.

  • Understanding of conversion optimization, funnel analysis, A/B testing.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$86,100.00 - $115,000.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
