As a Product Manager in the Digital Payments division, working on our Small Business Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables product, you will join a dynamic team of Product Managers delivering solutions to financial institutions and fintech partners serving small business customers. In this role, you will support product discovery, delivery, sales enablement, and operational readiness activities while building product management depth in payments, digital banking, and small business financial workflows. You will work closely with senior product managers, product owners, engineering, operations, sales, and client-facing teams to help deliver product capabilities, support client conversations, and ensure issues are clearly understood and appropriately prioritized.

What you will do:
You will support the product management team in defining, delivering, and improving small business payments capabilities. - Support Product Managers in gathering business needs, documenting requirements, and maintaining product artifacts such as feature summaries, release inputs, FAQs, and enablement materials.
- Develop an understanding of financial institution needs and the needs of their small business customers across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and digital payments workflows.
- Assist with product discovery and delivery activities by coordinating inputs from product owners, engineering, operations, risk/fraud, legal, compliance, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Help prepare and deliver product presentations, sales enablement materials, and product demos in support of sales opportunities, client discussions, and internal stakeholder education.
- Support defect triage by helping review reported issues, gather missing details, assess business impact, track status, and coordinate follow-up with product, technology, QA, implementation, and support teams.
- Maintain awareness of product roadmap items, release plans, client commitments, and operational dependencies to help the team communicate clearly and consistently.
- Assist with competitive and market research to identify trends, client needs, and alternative offerings in small business payments and digital banking.
- Help monitor product performance, adoption, client feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused product culture.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, sales enablement, client support, implementation, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues, sales teams, client-facing teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to learn complex products, understand client needs, and translate information into concise product documentation, presentations, and enablement materials.
- Detail-oriented approach to issue tracking, follow-up, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Interest in financial services, digital banking, fintech, payments, or small business solutions.
- Experience using collaboration, project tracking, or issue management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting web or mobile banking solutions, payments products, financial services platforms, or other digital products.
- Experience supporting product demos, sales presentations, client enablement, training materials, or go-to-market activities.
- Experience assisting with defect triage, QA coordination, implementation support, production support, or client issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and working with product owners, engineering teams, or QA teams.
- Exposure to small business payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, card acquiring, merchant services, real-time payments, or accounting/finance-related software.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow into broader product ownership responsibilities over time.
