About this role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Ads with video, image, or audio creatives.
- Knowledge of AI capabilities (generative, Large Language Mode, etc) with applications to visual or sound space and knowledge of advertising with passion to learn.
- Ability to execute across the cross-product area features for the entire product life cycle.
- Ability to drive impact across Engineering and collaborate across the cross-product area.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and derive insights from research, market gaps, or technical insights, and build engaging product narratives along with with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership, thought leadership and cross-product area collaboration for the objectives and key results on Video Generation and other AI-powered tools in Ads.
- Identify and drive new industry-first generative capabilities that capture major advertising ecosystem opportunities, in close collaboration with Deepmind.
- Drive business gains by transforming viewer insights into personalized, high-quality ad experiences.
