About this role

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience taking consumer technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience utilizing data, analytics, and A/B testing to drive product growth, user acquisition, or engagement metrics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in product management for video streaming or connected TV platforms.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (e.g., OAuth, authentication, profile management) and the evolving digital video landscape
  • Excellent technical execution skills, with the ability to run experiments and use data to rationalize and iterate on product ideas.

As a Product Manager, you will lead critical initiatives to drive TV sign-ins and accelerate multi-account adoption by reimagining how families interact with YouTube on the biggest screen in the home, delivering the right personalized experience for every member of the household.

US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap for sign-in, account switching, and account management across the YouTube Living Room ecosystem (e.g., Smart TVs, gaming consoles, and streaming devices).
  • Drive engagement by making multi-account setup and switching between accounts effortless.
  • Design and implement account protections and privacy controls tailored for a shared-device environment, ensuring users feel secure and in control of their personal data.
