As a Product Operations Intern at BHN, you will work directly with our Product Operations team while gaining cross-functional exposure to product management, engineering, program management, and business operations teams. You will support product operational processes, contribute to product enablement initiatives, and help optimize the product development lifecycle.
You will:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and operational data to inform product decisions
- Support the optimization of product processes, workflows, and tools used by product teams
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product lifecycle documentation, dashboards, and operational reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product team efficiency and effectiveness
