We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, pizza-loving Product Owner to lead the Fulfillment & Tracking experience across Pizza Hut’s digital platforms, driving seamless order lifecycle and real-time tracking experiences for our customers.

You will own the customer journey after checkout - ensuring seamless order processing, accurate status updates, and real-time tracking across both Web and App experiences.

You will play a critical role in shaping how customers experience their order from placement through completion - driving transparency, reliability, and customer confidence

As the voice of the customer, you will partner closely with engineering, UX, operations, and data teams to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive fulfillment experiences.

What You’ll Own
• End-to-end Fulfillment & Tracking product domain

• Integration with backend systems supporting order lifecycle and status updates
• Real-time visibility into order status, accuracy, and timing
• Continuous improvement of post-checkout experience, order success, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Product Ownership

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer value
• Lead Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives
• Drive end-to-end delivery including testing, release coordination, and post-launch validation
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the bridge between business, engineering, UX, and analytics teams
• Partner with UX to design intuitive order tracking and status experiences
• Work with data teams to define and monitor key success metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external partners supporting order and fulfillment systems

Customer & Data Focus
• Deeply understand customer pain points in the fulfillment journey
• Use data and insights to drive prioritization and decision-making
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as:
o Order success rate
o Tracking engagement
o Order accuracy and timing
o Post-checkout conversion

Qualifications
Experience
• 4–6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
• Experience with e-commerce or customer-facing digital products (Web/App)
• Experience working on post-purchase flows, order lifecycle management, or tracking systems preferred

Technical & Product Skills
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, owning epics through delivery (epics, features, user stories, sprint execution)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms to manage delivery and measure outcomes
• Ability to partner deeply with engineering teams, challenge assumptions, and make informed technical trade-offs to drive scalable solutions
• Comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes

Execution & Leadership
• Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
