As part of our mission, we strive to bring impactful solutions to every professional setting, helping organizations transform through technology.

In this role you will:
Conduct qualitative research to understand how tablets and accessories are used by frontline workers in various industries.
Identify and prioritize core user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
Translate insights into concrete product requirements and detailed feature specifications for new and existing accessories.
Propose, develop, and test ideas for improving current accessory offerings.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with user demands and can be feasibly executed.
