GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of general experience with administrative, analytical, technical, operational, financial, or program management experience demonstrating the ability to analyze business operations, coordinate projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support organizational initiatives involving systems, processes, or change management.
OR
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for nine (9) months of experience, up to a maximum of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Human Resources, Management, or a related field for three (3) years of general experience.
AND
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in the following:
• Supporting organizational change management, business transformation, and system implementation initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, user adoption activities, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements while analyzing business processes, system usage, and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Managing or supporting product backlogs, enhancement requests, project deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with business users, leadership, technical teams, and vendors to support system implementations, operational improvements, and business objectives.
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, test execution, issue tracking, and validation of business requirements.
• Developing training materials, user guides, job aids, communication products, implementation documentation, and readiness resources to support successful adoption.
